7 Fresh Spring-Inspired Nail Tutorials ...

By Cassandra

With this stubborn cold season making plans to stick around, I've been spending my time watching spring-inspired nail tutorials to get me out of the rut. When I think of spring, bright and bold colors immediately come to mind, as well as an overall fresh feeling. Essentially, it brings out the utterly cliché cheesy side that I like to pretend I hide very well. Whether its due to all of the beautiful flowers blooming or the fact that it serves as a tease of the warmer weather to come, spring has always been one of my favorite seasons. If you're looking for a way to put the cold front out of your mind, these fresh spring-inspired nail tutorials just may be the remedy.

Vintage Floral Nail Art

When it comes to spring-inspired nail tutorials, the two words vintage and floral sound incredibly appealing. Floral print is certainly one of the biggest trends in the fashion industry due to its often intricate patterns and expertly paired colors. YouTube nail artist "TiffyQuake" took this a step further by incorporating adorable hearts into her tutorial. You won't be hearing any complaints over here.

2

Geometric Nail Art

I am completely obsessed with this amazing manicure by YouTube nail artist "BeyondBeautyStar". I didn't expect for all of the bright colors to blend so perfectly; it's easy to see why colorblocking has become an increasingly popular trend. While I will never be able to be as precise as her when it comes to painting in a straight line, this tutorial was extremely helpful.

3

Black and Gold Nail Art

Who says that you can't rock a totally edgy design? I love how the gold and black colors in this inverted french manicure contrast greatly and yet still manage to look absolutely sexy at the same time. YouTube nail artist "MakeupByTiffanyD" makes using glitter really fun in this tutorial.

4

Retro Polka Dots Nail Art

The minute that I saw YouTube user "JaeMarie2008" use mint as a base color, I just knew that I would fall in love with her manicure. She makes painting polka dots look incredibly easy; you would be surprised at how many times I have to go over a design just to make it look somewhat decent. I have so many ideas based on her amazing video alone!

Blue and White Water Marble Nail Art

This collaboration with YouTube ladies "IndigoNova1" and "IHaveACupcake" is really cool to watch. I always have trouble whenever it comes to trying out the water marble technique. Recreating this design helped me overcome that quite a bit. The blue and white pattern looks positively striking.

Cupcake Nail Art

This is one of the cutest designs that I have ever seen. The bow that YouTube user "pursebuzz" added to the manicure made me fall even deeper for this sweet nail art. With all of the bright shades incorporated into this look, I have no shame in saying that I would totally rock this around campus.

7

Pink Glam Nail Art

Lastly, get ready to show off your glamorous nails in this design by YouTube user "lilisimply". Anything that involves pink, leopard and glitter is instantly flawless in my opinion. I am looking forward to wearing this design over and over again.

I can't wait to wear these fabulous designs during spring. What are your favorite nail art patterns? Are there any colors that you love pairing together in your manicures?
