4. Orange Juice

Orange juice is packed full of antioxidants and is also rich in Vitamin C, as we all know. This can help to improve the health of your nails enormously. All you need to do is soak your nails in orange juice with a little olive oil or vitamin E oil for about 10 minutes a day. It will give your nails a really appreciated vitamin boost, but take it from me, you probably won’t want to quench your thirst with it after the ten minutes are up!
