Fellow nail art lovers, if you want your summer to go out with a bang, you're going to need to make room for these eclectic nail trends. From brilliant pops of blue to subtle but sexy shades of red, there's something about this warm season that inspires passion in the form of trendy manicures and pedicures. I've spent the past month alternating between rocking graffiti nail art and reverse french manicures featuring contrasting colors because it's the easiest (not to mention the most fun) way to brighten my day. If you're skeptical, take one of these eclectic nail trends for a test drive and get ready to be amazed!

1. Electric Nail Art

As far as I'm concerned, xoJahta never fails to knock it out of the park when it comes to eclectic nail trends for all seasons. It's no surprise that her tutorial for studded and abstract nail art is a hit. I can't get over the stark contrast between the rhinestones outlined in black and the pink triangles. This is definitely the epitome of chic!

2. Water Spotted Beach Nail Art

Although elleandish // Janelle created this next nail design to work for spring, I think that it's just as fabulous during this sunny season! Can you really resist the sparkling gold nail charms and pearls? Using a starfish as the finishing touch scores her some major points in my book. This incredibly detailed tutorial may seem hard to perfect because of the amount of materials needed, but trust me when I say that it's worth it.

3. Crushed Shell Nail Art

Speaking of the beach, one of my favorite parts about summer is getting the chance to collect beautiful seashells. I don't think I'll ever be able to put into words how ecstatic I was when I stumbled on cutepolish's video. Straight and to the point, who knew replicating the exquisite crushed shell look could be this easy?

4. Palm Trees at Night Nail Art

Have you ever wished that you could just drop everything, lie underneath soothing palm trees and gaze at the California night sky? No matter where you are from, rocking Creativenailart's manicure is a pretty close second. I could never resist anything that reminds me of vacations spent enjoying the sun.

5. Gradient Nail Art

Let me be upfront and say that I'll use any opportunity to slip in gradient styled nails. What could be better than four different methods for perfecting ombre nails in one sitting? HannahRoxNails should just be labeled the gradient nail art queen. The best part is that they're all pretty easy to follow.

6. Neon Bolt Nail Art

This is another one of my favorite designs by HannahRoxNails. I recommend taking this nail art for a test run with an equally fabulous pink frock (moreso because I wouldn't be able to keep myself from shouting "On Wednesdays, we wear pink!").

7. Seashell and Starfish Nail Art

This last tutorial by cutepolish is dedicated to all of my fellow seashell lovers. Using a marvelous mint shade from Essie as the base, I love how light and sweet the end project turned out to be. If you want to break away from the typical aqua theme, you can substitute the colors and still get the same fabulous look!

With the amount of nail art tutorials on hand, I admit that I practically live on YouTube on the days that I feel that I need to spice up my look. Which designs call out to you the most? Are there any other nail art vloggers that you swear by?
